for those making mods i got an idea... first make a touch spell to use on arrows!!!!(if possible) then see if you can amke it to where when shot up in the air it will rain arrows!!!!!!! :D

Im sure they can do the touch spell on arrows part...........but u might have to just drop ur arrows on the ground use the spell and pick em back up

@nam4l Sounds like your talkin'about the Javelin. Its military and used a horizontally shot missile that then explodes and shoots vertically in the air to gain enough arc to hit the target coordinates that are pre-programmed in using a veiw-finder!!! It's an awesome weopon and would be awesome if done Oblivion-mod style!!!! Cheers
