Guys, I think we're looking at this with too much difficulty. We need to simplify, and I know just how to. check 3:23. What do we see? Something like a Hushpuppy shoe right? So, here's what I'm thinking, find the person that wears that shoe, and we get hayley's stalker. Does this mean we get the killer? More than likely not. Of all we know, the stalker and the killer could be 2 different people, the stalker watching after Hayley, and the killer kidnapping Hayley. It's a possibility.

Ok, I'm nearly convinced that it's Detective Delphia, as some of you have mentioned. I looked at the 27th video again, and it offered a clear picture of him that showed that he looks A LOT like the person who was in Hayley's room and knocked her out with chloroform. Same head shape, same skinny arms. (I thought his arms looked larger than the kidnappers. Apparently, they aren't.)
I was looking at the basic body shapes, such as head, shoulders, and arms.
I think Morrison's head is too round, and kind of circle-shaped, where as the person had a skinny, oval-shaped head and skinny arms. The person that looked most like that was Detective Delphia. But what do I know? :D

As for the arms, I guess "skinny" is in the eye of the beholder. Judging from these videos, I've seen guys with far skinnier. Not that that's necessarily a bad thing....

I think it IS lexi. Think about it. Lexi is kinda slutty type. She knows everything about what hayley was investigating. I'm thinking her. Also, if you looked at how the person walked in, it didn't seem to be real manly. And I'm sure the door was locked. How would someone be able to get in w/o her hearing if the door was locked?
Well it wouldn't have mattered if she locked her door. Looks like the guy comes out of the bathroom, not through the door. She's complained the whole series about Lexi leaving the door unlocked...so it appears this guy didn't follow her, but that he got to her place before she did. There's a chance Lexi purposely let him in (unless it *is* Lexi), but structurally the show's led us to believe that Lexi just left the door unlocked out of habit.
Good point, however if that were the case then more than likely the person in the library may not be this same person. It's even possible the person in the library (or this person) isn't a bad person at all, perchance one of which (assuming they are in fact seperate characters) could have been an attempt at protecting hayley.
The possibilities are rather endless. hopefully all is well though.
The main body features I'm comparing are the head and shoulders. Most of the suspects have too wide of both of these, except one... But I'm still comparing. The kidnapper dressed appropriately. I can't make out any specifics, such as his eyes. But his eyes kind of look like one of my suspect's....
SHE knows alot of what Haley's been researching and such. Plus she'd notice Hayley's absence if this guy (it's a guy from the body figure for sure) kidnapped her or worse.

It's even possible the person in the library (or this person) isn't a bad person at all, perchance one of which (assuming they are in fact seperate characters) could have been an attempt at protecting hayley.
The possibilities are rather endless. hopefully all is well though.

The main body features I'm comparing are the head and shoulders. Most of the suspects have too wide of both of these, except one... But I'm still comparing. The kidnapper dressed appropriately. I can't make out any specifics, such as his eyes. But his eyes kind of look like one of my suspect's....
