Gladstone Brookes have had two of their advertisement banned by the Advertising Standards Agency for misleading the public.
Make a complaint direct to them and ask for a full refund of any charges you paid as you were mislead into using them due to the advertisement. if you have not had your claim settled you can write and either ask them to reduce their fees or cancel the contract
