Sure u can.. Though after u have turned 180, it might take a while for automatic gearbox to select the first gear.

can you do handbrake turns on all cars (FF, 4WD, RWD, etc)

Yeah you can, no problems. The handbrake turn assumes you have some speed, stop accellerating, throw the car off balance, yank the handbrake to bring the back around, leave down the handbrake and speed off :D
