Savage censors content that doesn't align with his personal beliefs. Savage should consider becoming a Democrat, because he's a pro-war liberal who hides behind the Republican label. Savage supports the U.S. spending billions in U.S. tax dollars to invade sovereign nations in the middle east instead of spending the money to create new jobs and heal our economy. Take care of America first! Let Israel fight their own wars, they have more nukes than any nation in that region and can hold their own.

I agree with Savage here. He's a right-wing anarchist who rationalises all of his opinions based on the non-contextual absolute of freedom, liberty etc, not grasping where these ideas are derived eg if the west has intelligence that a country is planning to launch a terror attack on the US, it has the moral right to retaliate since the obligation of any proper government is to protect it's citizens from the initiation of force--Paul is againist this... he should just go home.

He has never been a critic of retaliation. He HAS said we should make a formal declaration before going to war. He is mischaracterized constantly. Unfortunately, most people don't take the time to really investigate his positions, and it's to our detriment--especially when people realize (too late) that Romney = Bush IV.

Ron Paul is only unelectable because people like Savage and Trump vote based on polls and not beliefs, and other people follow. If you have influence over people with a radio show or an audience, and you believe in the man, why not say "let's vote for and elect Ron Paul!". Both Trump and Savage said they like the guy, why follow it with stupid opinions. I even had my own brother saying he's unelectable because Trump said it.

@muzalot I'm sorry but I don't think Donald Trump is the right man for the job. That being said I believe he would actually do some good for the American people and would shine and walk on water compared to Obama and Bush (I hope), but from what I heard he either ignores the real issues or doesn't understand them and therefore his solutions would have little to no results. I didnt say he was a bad person. And it's just my opinion, if you don't agree, thats fine. Ron Paul is who we really need.

I would be happy if Ron Paul could win the GOP nomination and then go on to be my president but with the possible exception of a cyberspace straw poll he is just unelectable.. In fact, running Huck, Mitt, Palin or Paul in 2012 won't get us any farther than it did in 2008 so other than retreading any one of them what option is there besides someone new like Donald Trump?

@muzalot I understand the reality of it. It'll be interesting to see who the republicans put as their presidential candidate next year. I really hope its not Sarah Palin. Michael Savage talks about why she's not the right candidate and I agree with him. But you know the minimum i want from a GOP president is to repeal Obama Care or at least amend it so that no one is FORCED to buy insurance and reaffirming the right of the individual to bear arms. I dont think thats asking too much.

I just couldn't agree more with you on all three of those points.. Sarah Palin is very very wrong and ironically even though she is probably a huge supporter of our 2nd amendment right to keep and bear arms, if somehow she were nominated to go against Obama it would absolutely guarantee that all the gun grabbers secure a president who enables them..

He is right. It does not matter who you elect to a point. He is wrong. Ron Paul is electable just as any other man or woman in this country. Our founders built a country on morals and principals. This is a free country and if we can not vote honesty into the white house because he is not "electable" then you might as well admit your defeat and except the role of being a dictatorial nation. That's just it though. A true Constitutionalist (as Dr. Savage claims to be) would come to the obvious realization that the Gov't has no place in the regulation of people's bodies. Furthermore, it is the general consensus of the People to stay out of foreign affairs that are of no direct consequence to us. Dr. Paul is all for the Defense of Our Country, and right now it seems the best way to defend ourselves is to have our heroes fighting for us here at home, rather than that desert hell...

Let's put Ron Paul aside for a minute, maybe you don't remember or maybe you haven't heard it before but Trump is not his own boss, he was in serious debt at one point and his very wealthy masters have had to bail him out. It's all an act how Trump portrays himself like he is a big man. That is the God honest truth! And I suspect that he is very likely still working his way out of it. Why else would take a job on NBC's The Apprentice? He has to keep working.

I was merely pointing to wikipedia as a quick reference which on that point happens to be right. Anyway you can do a more in depth search yourself and find more about Trump's bankruptcy and business failings. And it wasn't just in 1991, he had casino bankruptcy in 2009 again. Why do you care so much? You think Trump is good? Or are you taking Savage's word for it?
