So much darn noise from the flightline that you couldn't hear a thing from the 310 - any post-accident info from the pilot? DID an engine go out or was it too tight a manouever for the high wing-loading these birds have? I want one of these but if there are issues no-one has admitted to, I wanna know before putting at least $1K (US) into getting one flight-ready.
Actually, you can see what happens. He does a high speed stall and it flips over on him and he's not expecting he's still pulling up elevator and of course with everything happening so fast you don't have the time todo anything about it.
looks like twin engined gas RC models are inherently unsafe in case of one engine shutdown or even a small desync. never seen anybody surviving one engine shutdown in an RC model.
i've seen it a few times. actually i've flown a twin on one engine. my buddy purposely fills one tank on one of his twins half full so it quits halfway through the flight and does hammer-heads.
dumb ass.

Is there a flaw in this design? I see alot of these posted and they all seem to go in the same way; Just a total loss of control.

Just like similar sized birds of pray, RC aircrafts feed on small rodents creeping in the grass.
Be aware.
