David Barton is a cunning misleader. There are plenty of videos of him preaching in churches the exact opposite of what he's saying here. He presents that letter in churches claiming the opposite of what the president was actually saying.
Ive seen the entire interview. Stewart is clearly in above his head with Barton. It was like watching a 5 year old trying to debate and discredit an M.I.T. Professor on quantum physics. Even with producers feeding him info into his ear piece Stewart couldn't keep up.
