Maybe compressed air and more canisters that would kick in when you shove the peddle down . To get everything stable and safe would be the trick. let me know some ideas. I also had good results with a 3208 cat non turbo . I just bubbled in the tank and put a 2" hose into the intake pipe . Saved 30.00 per day hauling gravel . I also felt more power when the tank was 1/2 full . I also blocked off lot of the air going into the air filter to get it to suck through the bubblers in the tank. I filte
I have tried this method . You have to heat the air going in or the bubblers will freeze. It worked on my 72 Camaro . 21 mpg highway on a 350 cu. Most likely saved 2 mpg. I put a hose in a gal jug and drove till it was almost gone. With this system , the more you feather the throttle the more you suck vapors into the bottom of the carb. You can really feel the better response . If I had a way to get more vapors under exhilaration that would be great. Like a earlier comment said. Maybe compress
you are mentioning a carbeurator. are you dealing with an older car where anything is possible or are you getting it mixd up with the intake manifold ? its an interesting design there. great project you have there but is there a better way to improve mileage? most stores have 91% rubbing alcohol that you can use in its place. you can use the natural heat of the engine by routing copper tubing from the radiator around the container to heat it. no electricity needed.
It's a spleater? you cannot run a car with this design...a small engine at idle and that's it...there are other YT videos to prove this...a small engine with this design will only idle but will die once you put a load on it...this design has no enrichment circuit to accelerate rapidly.
Thanks for putting these videos up. My interest is peeked and I will be trying this as my next project. Good stuff, keep up the good work. Innovation at it's best.
I have done things like this but it won't produce enough vapor to run a small engine, much less an automotive engine. I can tell you, to get more gasoline vapor apply high temperature air, through the bubblers, you won't need any kind of filter for the air, just plenty of heat somewhere in the 500 to 700 degree fahrenheit range, to produce enough gasoline vapor, to run engines, but I can't tell you how big of an engine this will allow you to run, and
it acually works by letting the intake vacuum of the engine suck gas vapor from the vaporizer, with the extra gas vapor you can adjust off the feed of the liquid gasoline in carburetor.
its just the same as fuel system of a regular car. If you will make one you should have good quality workmanship, use good quality parts like tubings connectors and hose clamp. and also the system is in vacuum so thers no way of a possible fuel burst or explosion.
If you have a EFI (fuel injection) vehicle you need the oxygen sensor modification or a manual adjuster control otherwise this or other fuel savers won't work
yes actually I also have HHO cell runing together with the vaporizer. I have carburated type of engine but I think it will also be effective with Injection as the computer will automatically reduce fuel injection when the oxygen sensor detect excess fuel as an effect of vaporizer.
Where did you get the float valve. Can't find one that small anywhere

Use a plastic fuel filter to filter air into the bubblers .

is the trick to good vaporization heat or bubbling?

@frank0067 both helps on efficient vaporizing...

btw is this workin for rotary engines ? and does it takes off HP ?
gogugogu 3 years ago
it gets more HP because its racing gas now
campusmang 2 years ago
u probably wanna make a tutorial on how to build it in pictures .....and steps

I agree

can u give me a full brief of how this actualy works ?

@jopinoypower im getting 40% at idle(800 rpm) and 10% at 2500rpm.

@YiuTeub what kind of saver do u have? if its like my vaporizer Is about same..
jopinoypower 1 year ago
yo so how many miles per gallon you get with this? you save 50%? as in it doubles your gas milage?
midniight 3 years ago
does it really save fuel ? how many persen ?
thanks

it saves me 50%

how to attach ?

Did you use LeadFree Solder?

I used an ordinary lead/tin soldering lead, I bought from electronic supply just around the corner..

Nice and simple! i like that! Some Questions:
1: Do you have a carburetor or regular injection engine ?
2: Can you mix the vaporized gasoline with HHO to get even better combustion/power ?
Keep up the good work!
