You Rock! I had someone using my parking space by my door, and caught them! Think the moved their car? Nope. I carried 300 in groceries from four units away, across ice covered sidewalks. Cure: Took the baby shower hose I use to bath my grandson, stuck it out the window to the side walk, and left it running till I was out of hot water, then switched it to cold, for a few hours. The next morning, they couldn't get their cars out, frozen to the pavement. LOL

You couldn't have said something like - "I noticed you didn't have a shovel last time, here let me help you with that...and here's a new shovel of your own - can I have mine back please?" This whole story is a clear example of nasty East Coast peevishness being imported into the clean-driven Midwest, where a normal person would (1) not be so paranoid as to have 8 security cameras and (2) even with cameras, just ask the neighbor for the shovel back, assuming, as he should have, that it was a simple mistake not to return it.

I personally would have probably just confronted her about it and asked to have it back, no harm no foul, if she claimed she didn't know what I was talking about when I have her on camera I would totally bury her shit with 8 feet of snow.
