I notice the lady came in carrying a bag on one shoulder.  Why did she leave doing the same. All your good work could be wasted as it will have an effect through the whole spine not just the shoulder holding the bag??

i go to a pt who does uses this on me. i had excruciating back pain that really limited me in daily activites and i'm only 19. trust me this stuff is amazing. i've been going for 4 sessions and i feel great
