I don't know if it was intentional or not, but the way you arranged this makes all the memories of climbing Sky Pillar to get to Rayquaza and the countless hours I spent trying to catch him as well as me and all my friend talking about him at school and the feeling I got when I finally got to the top and when I finally caught him come rushing back to me. @POKEMONoverJB Speaking as a total Pokemon nerd, I have to say that whoever gets the weather condition out first, Drought or Drizzle, will have the advantage no matter who goes first. Specs Water Spout from Kyorge will hurt Groudon, but it won't be enough to OHKO with the sun up. And Kyroge will destroy Groudon many many times over with the same move while Groudon is charging Solarbeam under the sun.

If you thought Solarbeam was more effective in rain (you did say Kyogre being sent out first with Groudon "firing his solarbeam"), then you are mistaken. Thunderpunch is less effective than Solarbeam.
