Arranged marriage is a potential option but its not the only one. Its not wrong to meet somebody youre interested in at Uni or at the office. There is dating in Islam but it is a very formalized process with the aim of achieving intellectual understanding and comfort of the soul. There is no touching, flirting or kissing during this dating period as these are reserved for that special someone who you will marry. Please check your inbox for a more detailed answer :)
