Nah man, the arm you saw moving inside is her real arm. Its actually a suit--she's just squatting, the rigging holds up the costume. If you pan the camera around the body, you'll see her ass jutting out.

This TV program is Japanese one, but broadcasting in Thailand coz of Thai narration & Thai caption. I guess it was broadcated by satellite TV coz they have a channel which is broadcating only Japanese & Taiwanese TV program.
