Yea, but unfortunately I don't use the mio much anymore, I use my cellphone (Att tilt) for navigation, games, music...ETC. I do however wish to find a battery that would last longer for it (I only get 1hr of battery out of mine)
I have the C510 and mine opens windows by just resetting the unit (little reset button at the botton) and then tap the maps icon, once maps opens up, close it and you'll notice that you have a task bar at the very bottom, tap it and you'll see the windows start button!! haha enjoy!
i have a sony nav-u u82 and i managed to access windows explorer, but i still can't install many programs. do you know a nice registry editor for wince that works at least on your device?
@DanielChristy19 Not too sure about the new ones, but around the time I got my c310, the other mio models were also running windows ce.

yea, it's a little different on the c310x, you have to reset it and hold two of the side keys(which I forgot) and windows CE will appear.

dude hold down menu and vol+ key then use sharp object and reset, w8 for it to load and turn on and there it is.

I have mine running TomTom 6. :)
It also plays Divx and AVI vidoes.

I was going to have mine play nes emulators and videos, but got too lazy to go through with it. I use my att tilt for that stuff now.
