2. buy an lcd controller board for the lcd which has composite input.

3. open up the xbox360 and salvage the lithium battery and lithium control charger from the laptop and find somewhere to put it in the 360.

4. connect the battery controller to the power on the xbox mainboard and to the lcd controller board that is connected to the salvage lcd

5. plug in the laptop power pack into the lithium battery controller harness.
