I agree. The rapture is problematic to be nice. I follow the "The rain falls on the righteous and the Unrighteous" theory of Revelation. I think we will be all tested and then the Messiah will come. It is only a view. But, I think it is consistent with Scripture (Entire Bible).
i have found scripture to say we will be here on the day JESHUA returns, i have found no scripture to say somebody is going to get an easy out. i have found a couple of scriptures that say, "pray you are found worthy to escape the trials which are to come" but that don't mean we get a back stage pass, it means we may be allowed to find a hole and escape the rifing suqad. I simply downsized my lifestyle and have less expenses now, but I know I can downsize even more (I guess I didn't do a full cold turkey downsize). I filed for bankruptcy and in it I surrendered my house, where I was upside down any way, the house was too big for me (got it before my divorce -- too much to care), and I had an HOA from hell. I'm fine by the grace of God. Thanks!

HOA is Homeowners Association. They fined me $1,000, twice!, for not keeping up my front lawn. Of course I didn't pay these ridiculous fines. I'm divorced with two young teenage girls and I simply didn't have time, energy and money to keep up with lawn to their satisfaction. So, they can keep the house and take care of their damn neighborhood lawn now.
Hey, It took me 5 1/2 years. Medical bills and credit cards totaling $50,000.00! It was really hard and painful (with new wife etc.), but it paid off in the end. I am freer then I have ever been in my life. Rock on, Brother!
