Maybe I wasn't clear enough on the video. So I will tell you now. I have to admit it can be very difficult to do. You need to have the shirt on a smooth flooring or table. No rugs. Then pinch what will be the bottom corners of the folded shirt. Lift it up but do not hold it up. When you drop it, relax your muscles. Gravity should do the rest. The shirt should fold in half with the sleeves tucked underneath. It takes practice but it gets easier.
