no doubt pride was a bit too much wrestling hype but a great variety f fighters. ufc keeps rehashing guys whos contracts they own to get theimoneys worth.Imagine the vanderlai rampage rematch???? axe murderer destroyed him TWICE???!!!!Even though I was going for jackson v s KILLED HIM!!! Round 3!!!!!!!!

One of the BIGGEST let downs in all of mma history was the fact that they could never do the Light-Weight Grand Prix. My GOD! PRIDE was STACKED witht the BEST in the world at the time. Anybody that knew mma (just cause you watch UFC does not mean you know it) would have been in heaven. Those light weight in Pride laid it ALL on the line...Aoki, Gomi, Mach, Hansen, Ishida... :(
