Great song and what a voice! I give historic guided tours at Michigan's First State Prison (Jackson's first). I am looking for any songs about the Jackson Prison and would love to hold a concert of singers singing prison songs -- folksongs, country, rock, old and new. Let me know of any out there, please. As for apartments -- this old prison is now Armory Arts Village, a resident community with a focus on artists and the arts, though it is the history and tours that are the biggest attraction.
