How long are these structures meant to last? If you look at them carefully, or have watched them being built, they really look cheap and it would be a wonder if they lasted twenty years.
Just look at the joints and the hardware used to keep them together. At $1MM plus a unit? I wouldn't give you a 30 year mortgage on any one of these.
