the b20 is pretty alrite but it wont pass smog youll have to go illegal on the smog check and the flow master is just a flow master its gonna make ur car sound loud

so its pretty decent i would say but it all depends on how much your getting it for i wouldnt pay over 3500 for it and thats if the paint and milage is good if it aint i wouldnt go anymore than 3000gs...
