the fluid liquid the girl used to write on the desk was from 1999. so when she wrote on the desk in 1979, it only appears in 1999, because it was never invented yet.

Jay went back 20 years but that time the girl don't remember him cuz she didn't get the "Secret" music yet.

No the Girl did remember him, because at the end of the movie, the girl wrote 我是小雨, 我愛妳, 妳愛我嗎? She clearly still remember's him but she never thought he would come back in time and that was why when she saw him she was smiling again

what she wrote on the desk was when she went back to the past after seeing the bracelet on jay. so she wrote on the desk "i am..." as writing that she had an asthma attack and died. At that moment in the future jay realises that she is from the past and runs to play the piano, and returns to the time when she was alive before she even realized of the "Secret" notes, so she doesnt remember him.
