This "theory" might sound like it makes sense at first but there are numerous problems and ultimately it is ridiculous and has been debunked by creationists themselves. There is absolutely no geologic evidence that a "hydroplate" has ever existed under the crust. The amount of heat energy produced when the waters were released would evaporate the water and make a global flood impossible. The amount of energy produced if the crust shifted so quickly in such a short time would literally melt it.

I like to think that this is a place that tries to make sense , but the dream state is just like the awakened state.

It's hard to tell whether or not something is real , even when observing it.

The Coconino Sandstone in the Grand Canyon, third layer down, is from wind blown Desert sand, we know this from the fossils.

There was no global flood.

If a river has been constantly flowing in the grand canyon for millions of years , there wouldn't be a canyon , and there definitely wouldn't be layers.

Layers erode when exposed.By the time a river has created a big enough crevice , the river would collapse in on itself , destroying any layers.

Even in time , layers would blur and become invisible.

Canyons form from massive amounts of water and seriously strong force , not small rivers and millions of years(which would actually dry up a river)

I don't even believe that reality is the way we observe it. Even if Jesus' footprints existed , and even testable blood or bones , I would still not believe it.

I don't know if you know this or not , but science is a belief.

Here is an example:

pour oil into water , notice that the oil goes to the top , and the water goes to the bottom. But there is a problem , you wake up.

If science in a dream doesn't work , then how can you be sure of science when awakened? Life might be a dream.

Geologists went looking for evidence of a global flood over 200 years ago.

They didn't find any. None. They found an old earth full of fossils.

To nurglesbliss: Before rocks are lithified, they obviously bend very easily (soft sediments.) Think about it. God loves you and wants you to trust him.

The grand canyon came from a massive flood. Anyone can do this experiment , just go to the beach after a rainstorm. (Usually works better with Beaches with Bodies of water next to them such as a pond) You may notice a few things that would be different about the beach. There are small little canyons within the sand , which lead to the Ocean.Those small canyons and crevices have layers (sand from previous hours that dried up) . I have tried this 100s of time in Sand , and in Dirt.

@alexross8 The Grand Canyon has over 21 distinct layers. Some have slow growing corals in them. Some are sandstone from DESERT sand, wind blown!

FLOODS DON'T MAKE DISTINCT LAYERS OF DIFFERENT KINDS OF ROCK.

My dad's house had a small ledge of dirt. You want to know what happened to it?

It became a mound , because of sedimentary breakdown.

Over millions of years , wind would indeed blow on the canyon , and minerals would shift , thus causing the canyon to smooth.

In other words , it would be a valley right about now , but it's not , it's a canyon.

@alexross8 The Grand Canyon was made by the river. It is a canyon because it is in the desert. The river only cut where the river is, the side canyon are caused by water running to the river from each side. That is why the south side is steeper, the water flows south in the whole area. The north side is more erroded, and nicer to look at.

I have walked to the bottom 4 times, it is not ''smooth'' anywhere.

The flood represents the first destruction of the earth, not techinically the globe. And Jesus will come back again with fire. & Noah and his family believed and built thier ark upon faith (such as you should with your salvation) and they KNEW they would be safe b4 the flood; after the door was shut no more could enter the saftey of the ark. My street peacher gets around that by claiming that pressure does not cause heat. I even solved the ideal gas law for pressure to show him that he was crazy.

My favorite part of this is that the plates are moving at 45 mph and bending in the matter of seconds! Have you even seen a rock bend when applying a force to it in seconds? It takes alot of time for a rock to bend without fracturing.

I'm so lucky to find this video. I'm not a geologist but I took a few geology classes required for civil engineering and Earth Mechanics and the theory presented here makes perfect sense. It doesn't violate or contradict science at all. If people in this world would just listen to what Bible has to say instead of bashing it, we could be enjoying now a new era of world peace and enlightenment but people are stubborn and won't listen. Many people have found countless weaknesses in the evolution hoax theory and yet, "evolutionists" fail to accept defeat. The hydroplate theory presented here hasn't been scientifically falsified. What "evolutionists" really hate about this theory is that it makes a lot of sense and could dangerously crumble their Naturalistic view of things and make Bibles accounts true.
