i thought it was a fair call. he clearly held grant when he was not in possession of the coconut.

don't really know if that was fair since Grant grabbed Michal's ankles which tripped him when he didn't have the coconut.

I agree, it was meant to be a physical challenge and the rules and enforcement of the rules were unclear.

It didn't seem to be based on physically attacking the other person without the coconut as much as holding them without the coconut.
