However, it should really come natural to the individual. Each individual must be treated with wisdom and as an expert of their own lives. No hurt feelings, I was just a bit upset because you misunderstood me. The way I understand Sai, his MAIN message is love, helping, God-consciousness and non-violence, not diet.

I know Sai is an amazing person, in fact I have His picture next to my bed. I am not 'officialy' his devotee, (or anyone's devotee), but I consider him a great Master and Teacher.

If you don't already have it, I recommend you His biography (it is 5 or 6 books, but you can get it from India quite cheap.)
