Ok for everyone who wants to know about the "chopper in the car". He's referring to lil Wayne's 2nd album. After he made his first album with cash money he debuted a follow up album in 1997 called "chopper city". Before the album was debuted, lil Wayne shot himself in the chest with a .44 by accident which put a damper on the album. Lil Wayne has often made references to his accident in his songs and he says it serves as a reminder of how he cheated death and how he doesn't take it for granted.
