IMO is about the damage done to organs, while a man's organ is outside the body the woman gets penetrated, which is the real and obvious difference between the two...

David, you're right. The fact that these female teachers, for the most part, have been good looking is the primary reason why these male judges haven't given them any jail time.

Also, I believe that society-at-large still views females as the "weaker" of the sexes. Therefore, when

an adult female engages in sex with an under aged boy that's fairly large in stature, it's not looked upon as rape.
