Jesus never wrote a single word.

The New Testament was written decades after his death by men who never met him.

Some of the New Testament was written a century after his death.

There are NO contemporary portraits of Jesus. The first portraits were drawn 250 - 300 years after his death.

No one knows how Jesus looked. The painting is really an idol as people pray to its image. It is also a work of wishful fantasy.

Jesus would not approve of such idolatry and arrogance.

I do not worship a painting, I worship the actual Lord who saved me. I paint to give Him honor and bring attention to His saving power that the world might know they can turn to Him. Images aren't wrong unless they're worshiped.

We know Who the Holy Scriptures were inspired by and when they were written. Christians don't pray to a painting but the Spirit of Christ.

God does not exist ... and the bible its just another book written by humans with many mistakes and contradictions ... awesome stories of fantasy and hope ... it makes me sad you think people are worshiping an image ... when you only worship yourself by saying " Jesus would not aprove this .. " How can you tell what Jesus would think .. ?? It's just wrong ..

You started your statement with "God does not exist", but you ended it with "It's just wrong". I know that your view may be more popular right now, so I understand why you follow it. But I can't prove to you what's in my heart, and that is Christ. And that's how I know what he thinks.

God loves us all, even those of on here who disagree. But he gives us a standard in his Word for salvation. Without the Bible, there is no standard, so you can't say that anything is wrong.

Well I do feel things ... I feel the air and I cant see it ... it's all these hipocresy and lack of ground of reality that amusses me .. but I am ot perfect and I make mistakes also and I shall not fight or try to change someone into my believings so .. I feel no god and I feel nothing divine in my heart by now .. I might change but not with all these ways to find our purpose in life ..

But imagine if you felt that way and then realized that in all of the senselessness of this world, your life has purpose and meaning to the One who created it. I definitely don't want to fight anyone into being a Christian(as some make the mistake of doing), I just want to make sure that others know that God loves them and that they have meaning to Him.

God wants you to feel His love in you, but our sin(imperfections) keep us separated. We have to start the relationship, the reason Jesus died.

And I can can worship God is singing, music, and dance, why could I not worship him also with art? Were the tapestries and curtains in the temple of God in Exodus blasphemous imagery? Were you not led by the spirit of God to worship him as you listened to this song of redemption?

Yes I was moved. Since the song was on a time crunch, I had to practice it to get it in the right time. But I have to say that even while practicing, God moved me. It's what you make of it, you know? Once you shift the focus from your "performance" to God's glory, it takes on whole new meaning when you hear the song.

Yes, people on here have many opinions, but some things are between you and God. If their faith doesn't allow them to do this, that's fine. But it's where God has me.

This was really touching! I also paint during worship at my church! Humility, God's mercy and grace, and a true heart of worship is felt through the video. I can only imagine what the atmosphere must have been like live. Praise God! God bless you! Let this be only the beginning. God is calling us.... the prophetic painters for another venue, another genre to exault him! Keep it going, brother!

Did you painted uncounciously... i mean you were like painting on the musics feeling. Like to paint like that too. Sure when it has expressionistic power :). I'm paitning about jesus too and am making anime of it later on but i want to show the world my point of feeling toward Jesus.
