Wonderful. Spot on. However I would suggest 'not paying attention' to ego - just observing it's ways and laughing at it....instead of 'shhhhh' - trying to silence it. Force never works (just on azzholes), bc it keeps us anxious about the ego....which never goes away completely anyway. By observing we learn it's cunning ways and by laughing at it we will teach it to shut up anyway and more stress freely.
