how do you measure latency in FL studio?

I play with 10ms of latency 'cause many vst heavy use and of course the CPU is affected that I have no external hardware duende, or other type of hardware that do not load the CPU to work ... when I have two pennies I'll make a little thought:)

oh shit.......15sec\latency is an eterinty lol....if you could set it to 10 you'll notice a nice improvement....anyway,great!!
