1) Aristotle the Greek already knew this centuries before Muhammad (look it up)
2) Knowing the Quran is influenced by both Christianity and Judaism, these verse could be referring to the creation story in Genesis...

An all powerful God is able to beam his message into all people's brains, instead of having them rely on corrupted scriptures. 1) Muhammad used to forget some verses himself. (Bukhari 6:61:558)
2) Muhammad's best reciters used to forget large pieces of verses (Bukhari 6:61:510)
3) What we have today is Uthman ibn Affan's compiled version, which is based on what was written after Muhammad died and what the reciters remembered (which probably wasn't everything, see point 2)

However, when I actually started STUDYING the Quran and Hadith, and how Muhammad lived his life, it became clear to me he was not a prophet, and that there is no God. It's (in my opinions) nothing more than superstition from centuries before.

If you still don't get it, then what I was saying with the "meaningless" comment is that when you ask "who created the universe" and I say "I don't know", then you say "So it must have been Allah". But that's not logical. Why would it be Allah? You might just as well say a pink unicorn in the sky created the universe.
There is no logical reason to prefer Allah as the creator over anything else.

An all powerful God is able to beam his message into all people's brains, instead of having them rely on corrupted scriptures. If you think the Quran today is preserved and it's the same as Muhammad spoke it, word for word, then you know nothing of the origin of the Quran.

@yosuf815 Finally, the Quran also failed as a scripture, because it is very unlikely the Quran today is the same as Muhammad's words.
1) Muhammad used to forget some verses himself. (Bukhari 6:61:558)
2) Muhammad's best reciters used to forget large pieces of verses (Bukhari 6:61:510)
3) What we have today is Uthman ibn Affan's compiled version, which is based on what was written after Muhammad died and what the reciters remembered (which probably wasn't everything, see point 2)

@yosuf815 (cont) The reason Uthman compiled the Quran was because those who had memorized the Quran completely were dying in battle, and also because different regions of Arabia were not always reciting the Surahs exactly the same. So there was a need for a standardized version. After this work was compiled, Uthman ordered all the other Qurans (those that did not match his version) to be burned.

However, when I actually started STUDYING the Quran and Hadith, and how Muhammad lived his life, it became clear to me he was not a prophet, and that there is no God. It's (in my opinions) nothing more than superstition from centuries before.

@dmxabdi Fact of the matter is that you base your life on the sayings of a 7th century desert bandit. The sayings (Quran verses) used to be memorized. Only after a period of time, after Muhammad's death, they decided to compile the mostly memorized Quran pieces along with the sheets containing verses etcetera, into a book. And the Hadith, our good man Bukhari (200 years after Muhammed) made a selection of 10.000 out of 300.000 as Sahih. That's what you rely on. Fuck your religion.

Imagine you're in the 7th century; the common knowledge of that time is geocentrism, being that all the planets orbit the earth. Doesn't this verse describe that model/observations of that time?
The charlatan Zakir Naik (and others) explain this verse very same verse as being miraculous...
