TypeDoubleR is an idiot who bought the Civic Type R FN2 and now comes to the internet said some stupid thing for supid people belives that he had a Great Car!! Even him know that the FN2 is the wors Type R ever made. All Ek9, DC2, EP3, DC5 and FD2 are better. FD2 is the best and the faster Type R ever made (less the NSX Type R!)
And also the JDM FD2 does have a few bits the Euro type r has ie , about 20 more bhp but even Honda dont promote that vehicle so much.Its all about the FD2.
DoubletypeR dont you realise that although not offically sold in the UK, there are many people buying imported FD2's and ignoring the 20% cheaper FN2's. So that would suggest that its a better car.

So I drove an FD2. It's genius. Drove it and within a week I had paid my deposit and had one on it's way to me.
man euro tr isn't real type r. its only a more stylished "u.s" spec si hatch... lacks the its macking it type R. It should be Civic Si Type S instead of type r lol
Nobody argue with him, everyone knows the FD2 ( 4door civic) is the better performance car.The FN UK made car is a good value hot hatch but is not as focused as the JDM FD2. The FN even looses the independent rear suspension, structural rigidity, and the better weight distribution.oh and Oh if I am not mistaken,the Potenza RE070. . Did typedoubler realise the FN is acutally a honda jazz platform , the fuel tank is under the drivers seat
