@trio3d Well this truck is going down hill most of the way and that is wht that brake is on. All Engine brakes have an on off switch or the blasted thing would com on all the time when you let off the throttle.

@huntercsx I'mnot sure how hard it is because so much has changed in 20 yrs since I aquired mine. By the looks of the riff raft thats comming out of the wood works and aquiring them I would think they have to be giving them away.

@104bigTruck what you have to do to get a CDL these days is to demonstrate how to do a pre trip inspection, back up a trailer 100 feet without going out of bounds, paralell park on BOTH sides and perform an alley dock which is a 90 degree turn in reverse and then show how to shift using double clutching

Great video. I used to do alot of truckin on roads like that in the Sierras in California, mostly hauling super heavies with my old 79 359. I used a KTA450 with a RTO 12513 married to a Brownie 4 speed. Mostly 9 axle stuff, I got bigger than that sometimes. Cant drive anymore now because Parkinson's has whacked me, but damn, if I could only do it one more time...........

@104big Truck yes the tree huggers do not want you destroying the roads so their expeditions and escalades can ride smooth while they're going to protest the killing of the spotted owl. gotta add more weight so you can haul less payload therefore make more trips using more fuel but good job on the video
