No, it is an independent factory in Serbia, now caled IKARBUS. This is IKARBUS bus model. It isn't the hungarian product!

Here are some information: Because of sanctions to former Yugoslavia about 30 IK 161 (manual transmission) and IK 166 (automatic voith transmission) which were planed to export in Turkey are not delivered to Istanbul and Izmir. They finished in Belgrade and carry old I.E.T.T. color sheme (orange-blue). Some of them are in service today! Greetings from Serbia!

P.S. Are there some IK 161 in servise today? Thanks for answer.

çok nostaljik , dedemle üsküdara giderdik bu otobüslerle hey gidi rahatsız otobüsler..

yalnız bab-ı esrar olmamış, ben bu şarkıyı dinlerken aklıma hiç iett otobüsü gelmemişti..

That's not correct. Our factory called "Ikarus" until Hungary created the factory with same name. Because Serbian "Ikarus" didn't has copyright for name (their name wasn't protected), Hungarians took the "Ikarus", so Serbian factory has to rename to "Ikarbus". So, that IS our (Serbian) bus!

In Serbia we produced the same model 15 years ago,but our is not"Ikarus"..Our factory is called"Ikarbus"..Probably many other contries produced this bus..
