If the trim dial or buttons don't work to stop the spinning, there's not much you can do. I'd suggest taking it back to the store...

try changing the small propeller in the back. It saved mine.

@Hteja96 Wow. Well the obvious answer is that the range on these helicopters are not very high. Unless you buy a helicopter specifically designed for high-altitude flights, then you run the risk of having your helicopter just fall- becuase the controllers signal doesnt have long enough range to reach your helicopter.

trim is the key, another is defect.

i got to adjust the trim if it spins clokwise push he left trim till it stops then if spins counterCW push the right trim button till it stops as well. i hope this helps

yeah. i just got my havoc heli and when i go outside, and i get it really high it just falls. and i charged it for a long time and it is the first run when i do it. what can i do? please respond!!!!!!

We couldn't fly it outside, too much wind. To make a heli go forward, it has to tilt a little forward. So making the front of the heli heavier (you should have small metal stickers in the box, otherwise something else might help)

@ericwout infra red signal is good about 10 feet... and not meant to fly on a bright sunny day outside where there is wind... only fools will do that...

For us it was necessary to put a weight in the front of the heli. We used a big thumbtack.

It might be able to go even higher. It couldn't go any higher because of the roof, and you'd probably have to move up with the controller too, that range is limited.
