  • the soundtrack is back it's back hooray

  • anybody else get no sound?

  • @sniper11789 Courtesy of Warner Music Fascists.

  • it's a combo of Unfinished Business and Scar with the battle speech from Exodus part one. Or is was until the yankeps disabled it.

  • its been ages since i've watched this but now, at my lowest ebb it has cheered me and reminded me that no situation is so bad that hope has to be abandoned

  • That's pretty awesome. It had some great moments in it. I'm not sure you should have used so much of scar but still great work. :D

  • Thank you this video!

These were absolute key moments of the series.

  • agreed

  • You're the moron. This is one of the best battlestar fanvids ever made.

  • Haha I'm not sure I would go that far

  • Absolutley cool.Faved and 5.

  • Good work, well done!

  • Brilliant - i have used this as an object lesson at work

  • An object lesson? Are you a teacher?

  • no worse - a lawyer! Working in an office though I often find that people will compromise and rather than do the hard right thing they will do the easy wrong - they won't "roll the hard six". This demonstrates the need to adhere to basic principles and not be diverted no matter how easy it would be to do so. I have a situation at the moment that I could quite easily solve by saying ah screw it. Would be the easy solution but not the right one. If by sheding blood you reach your goal so be it.

  • Gotcha-the other thing that I think Battlestar (as a series, not this video) is great at pointing out is not only the need to adhere to ones basic beliefs, but also the danger that can come from becoming so entrenched in those beliefs that you loose the ability to question their basis. I think the best thing that Battlestar illustrates is how hugely difficult it is to find a balence between these two things.

  • Can see your point but I think that one must have a set of unassailible values that can never be compromised though you can work within them without rationalising your actions. Case in point must be the way Adama deals with Cain when she is about to kill Helo and Tyrell. In the face of authority legality and superior firepower he sticks to the core values of honour loyalty and integrety

  • I very much agree with that- Another such character would be Chief, who stands up to both Adama and Roslin for what he believes is right. On the other hand, remember that early in the series Adama's unassailable beliefs led him to consider it vital to sacrifice Galactica in a hopeless attempt to defend the colonies. If Adama hadn't been able to step back and reconsider everything that he stood for it is likely that he and the rest of the human race would likely have been killed.

  • i love t hsi video so cool
