If you disband unesseary unit and build roads and Land Clearence and of course ports you will survive :)

Build Farms Grand Exchanges , Dont make much army cuz you will need money to keep your troops.

make farms, land clearances, makets roads, docks to make money, but dont forget to build stuff that makes the population happy, like churchs, brothels, administration buildings and stuff like that.

Build markets,land clearance and other money making structures, and if you have a huge army either disband some units or take control of some new cities, also raise your taxes.

Disband any peasents...they are weak and useless. Build roads, but also ports. Build markets and increase taxes. Markets increase the amount of taxes you will get so building markets and increasing taxes is a good way to make money but its a risky way. Build farms and take other settlements to increase your economy. Use merchants to exploit rare resources in specific territories. It's easy dude don't worry you'll get the hang of it. ; )

Oh...and make sure your population is happy...if they arent the income in your settlements will decrease. Build plenty of entertainment buildings and deploying a general with good management skills in a settlement will also help ; )

After the mongolian horde is killd, focus your troops on Novgorod. do as in lithuania.

surrond their borders wait a little bit on some money (You don't have to produice more troops now) Just remember to don't attack your fellow catholics.

the danes(Denmark) will also threaten you before you ally them. tribute 500 gold trade right map inf (on you and them) and alliance.

this will ensure you to have a supreme faction.

Also after that you will have a big enough army to destroy or weaken the Mingolian horde.

As the Novogrod (or something) will be afraid you only need to set a fort with ten units (or more if you want) and threaten them.

You only need to use your starting units as you are nearly surronding the lithuania

and produce your troops fast don't be afraid of losing money ..

After your victories you have enough tax income to support your big army.

I love to be the Teutonics !! they kills lithuania so fast !! It's just to put all your troops together and leave 1 unit in each city assemble them at the borders then invade.
