I liked this. Everything doesn't need to be dark and intense. I thought this captured an interesting, playful mood while allowing you to develop a quick interest in both characters.

The story seemed a little dull and boring. Also, how did the girl get to where she is at 4:35?

Answer: The old woman hid behind the yellow truck as you can see at 4:28 and the girl ran around. Just take another shot... normal people dont do that...dont be lazy and try to stream it all into one. It looks sloppy.

The shot with the feet wasnt well done. When he rounded the bus bench, he walked very awkwardly basically telling the viewer that he knows the exsitance of the camera filming him.

I liked it, but: he looks in the wrong direction when saying that her bus has arrived, in the next shot the bus appears to have been a cargo van, and where the heck did she suddenly appear from at the end?

Still, I liked it. Great actress- very natural and believable.

interestingly not so much about love or sex or relationship, but going from cat to breakfast, about safety and security, a sort of new biedermeier, where they stumble through tv-language. good thing maybe one does not know if cat and breakfast place do exist. i hope they don't.

These shorts are by the writing students at VFS. I don't think they focus much on production. Most of the writing students short films have pretty basic production if you compare them to the ones by students studying the production stream. I find these shorts more enjoyable though because you find that the writing and story is usually pretty well crafted.
