when u see steam coming drom rocks head over there and flame the steamy rocks whenever he brings his hed down, dnt bother atking when his tentacles are out, when that happens pull out ur knife cos u run faster, and dodge attacks until he puts the tentacles away, after flaming a rock once it will stop steaming so u have to move around alot

It's true. Also, I tried the napalm grenades, and they deal a surprising amount of damage to him, but you have to aim carefully, or they'll fall short and into the water.

That knife fight is always the most epic fight. I remember the first time I played through, and after Kane drops, it says "saving". My first clue that there was more. Then Mama comes out. Good Lord... what a final boss!

They were cool, but the thing that makes this Turok friggin epic, is that it's believable. A manhunt gone wrong, and the dinosaur presence was well explained. It's more believable than the aliens and stuff.

in 1;20 to wenever why didnt you set down your turet. it would of been easyer and it would be less ammo to worry about. you had 2 turrets what i would of done get one turet on one side and the other on the other side then it would take care of both side. if you get board then just go out there and kick some butt.

the health in this game is a lot better than evolution cause u can heal without a health pack. its just like gears of war. it makes the game easier to play without dying so much.

And the knife part took me by surprise first blow got me, I expected something else for that fight.

On PC, fight scene with Kane is much longer and you have to use more keys than on xbox.

It doesn't change the fact that I love this game.

The only things wrong with this game are the aiming and the lack of subtitles. Everything else is great.

Plus that knife fight scene is bad ass.

This game seems to rip off other games. The chaingun as turret sorta rip offs Perfect Dark and the button press sequences seem to rip off God of War 2.

Compared the Turko games on the N64 this one is kinda plain when comes to enemies. It's mostly just raptors and soldiers with guns, accessionilly throwing in dilophisaurs, giant scorpions and giant insects. The older games had way more variety then that.

Like most of the FPS's recently, this game doesn't have a health gage. the screen just gets red if you are taking hits and you can take cover to regain your health. too many hits in quick succession and you're dead.
