I just got contacted by them for a Business Consultant position in K.C. I've gathered that same theme as well, which is a MAJOR concern. I am ambitious and very willing to work hard, but if it doesn't yield opportunity, what's the point!?
According to about 90 jobvent reviews, Cerner's employee job satisfaction is extremely low due to a common theme of employee burn out and the lack of recognition for good work completed after putting out close to 75 hours weekly. People will actually be told that they aren't doing enough after working double time on salary.
@TheAznSmith you're right. I have been with Cerenr for about 1 year and half in UK. They ask you to work hard and they paid you less. This is a very fucking company.
I had my first interview for the Delivery Consultant role in Missouri. I'm really excited about this company!

Is this common among most Cerner employees?
