@angela1894 I dont think he did... Seinfeld was just referring to the McDonalds sign itself wich at the time showed the actual count of burgers sold by the millions. Seinfeld was ripping on that saying 'we get it. you sold alot of burgers.'
@LudLow This bit is really old as well, I think it's different enough that he could have come up with it independently. I don't think David Cross would steal a bit because he's turned down so much work- that makes me think he respects the artistry of what he's doing too much. But maybe I'm being naive.
@ShagadelicAbby Wow, funnier than you at least. Bet you chuckled to yourself and had a celebratory Brandy after posting that. Good Show Nyuk Nyuk.......
I'm a big David Cross fan (Mr. Show with Bob and David especially) but he stole that bit about minimum wage (lowest amount legally possible) from Chris Rock. Rock used that in his standup and on the Dennis Miller show years before Cross did this standup. Plagiarism sometimes happens by accident- you hear an idea, forget the source. Still- Rock originated that bit and did it better.
@jagrmeister721 Oh please. Both comics did bits about minimum wage being fucked up. That's not "stealing" a joke. That's doing different jokes about the same issue. What if they both did jokes about fat people? Would that be "plagiarism" too? Give me a break.

@LudLow I forgot, Chris Rock did invent the minimum wage joke. And the joke about how black people are different than white people, right?
