i have a question, did this routine work for you, cause some people are saying that crunches only builds muscle under fat, and im totally confusedd :$
@limeysweetdog Yes it did...when I first started working out many many years ago this was a routine I would do. The first step one must do is burn the fat off the stomach by do cardio, eating less, and eating correctly. Once you've burned the fat then you should proceed into doing stomach exercises. If you change your diet and do cardio it will burn the fat pretty quick as long as you stay consistant. Eating less can be done by drinking a glass of water before eating.

Sounds like your doing everything right and drink plenty of water. Also try not to do the same exercises because doing so you will come to a peak and won't get over that peak. My rule with the stomach is never do the same stomach exercise in one month, if you constantly change your exercises up you will see faster results. I would recommend doing it every other day to give your stomach muscles some recovery time. Really focus on the squeezing so that the exercises really work for you! Doing them everyday wont neccessarily give you quicker results because if your tired and doing it, the exercise won't be as effective, so try doing it every other day.
