  • @limeysweetdog Yes it did...when I first started working out many many years ago this was a routine I would do. The first step one must do is burn the fat off the stomach by do cardio, eating less, and eating correctly. Once you've burned the fat then you should proceed into doing stomach exercises. If you change your diet and do cardio it will burn the fat pretty quick as long as you stay consistant. Eating less can be done by drinking a glass of water before eating.

  • i had a nice body but then i thought i was fat and tried to get skinneir when it was just my stomach and i have strong abbs but a layer of fat over it and all i need to loose is my love handles will these also build on your abbs?

  • Sounds like your doing everything right and drink plenty of water. Also try not to do the same exercises because doing so you will come to a peak and won't get over that peak. My rule with the stomach is never do the same stomach exercise in one month, if you constantly change your exercises up you will see faster results. So keep up there exercising along with the good eating habits and you will be fine.

  • How long do you think it will take to get rid of them? If you do it every other day like you said..

  • You should see results within 2 weeks, but love handles are more of a eating issue. Try to eat right with it and you will see even quicker results. Stay away from canned foods (eat fresh fruit and veggies), drink plenty of water, don't eat after 6 pm, stay away from the junk food, avoid alcohol, and you will be fine.

  • I would recommend doing it every other day to give your stomach muscles some recovery time. Really focus on the squeezing so that the exercises really work for you! Doing them everyday wont neccessarily give you quicker results because if your tired and doing it, the exercise won't be as effective, so try doing it every other day.
