Very likely this is a wig, a weave or hair extensions attached to surgically added hair plugs. Kevin was seriously balding in the early 80's so there is no way he could have grown a mane of hair like this almost 25 later without the use of some follicular assistance. Hair Club for men is nothing more than a rug that is glued on to the scalp. They market it as a "hair system" and substitute the word "adhesive" in place of "glue". Very clever marketing and also very deceptive.

I saw Quiet riot in 2003 Canadian tour with Rudy,Carlos, Kevin and of course Frankie (Kevin had even longer hair and was still black curly)and Kevin touched my head during this song and he let me touch his....Lol.
