@cw3le I'm not a BIG fan of the make-up but yeah it was only for their videos and photoshoots. They're still obviously dudes to me. It was the 80's though. The decade of decadence. The era of partying and carefree attitudes. The make-up doesn't bother me though. I'd say it's probably for the same reasons actors in plays and stuff wear eyeliner. Just to bring out the eyes, lips etc.

Poison is the best damn rock band, ever! Bret is amazing. This was back when music and music videos were actually GOOD. Unlike most of the shit on the radio these days. I'm glad though that some newer bands are influenced by 80's/90's rock. It takes a pretty awesome decade to make men wearing makeup look HOT! ;)

Got to see Poison on their first tour. "Look what the cat dragged in" in KC MO. Front row, Poison opened, then Joan Jett, I still remember Bret standing off to the side, on the right side of the stage, clapping his hands and really pulling for her. People were kinda of booing Joan Jett at the begining of her set, but by the end she had everybody rockin. Pretty awesome job turning the crowd around like that. Ratt was the headliner. Great times!! Get well Bret, wishing the best for ya!!!
