Going the final mile - riding through the low points - believing when others dont - Seek out great mentors - look and listen to the best of the best and learn from them -every single day

  • great video

  • Excellent! Really helpful.

  • Tim is awesome - love his honesty in delivery made it very real. Titles a pain to read. Good stuff in here, motivational for sure.

  • agree! nice ideas

  • love the way that Tim Smit comes across!

  • some good advice here...sure this will help plenty of businesses

  • Good stories. We often focus too much on the success rather than the tough road getting there. The headings are not clear enough.

  • Life is tough and to be honest, it is nice to hear the success stories. They allow the rest of us to dream and aspire to be like these people and to learn from their successes and their failures.

  • This is true but people often see success without considering the enormous effort and sacrifice that has enabled it to happen.

  • I think back to situations where it would have assisted greatly to have heard views like these.

  • Great basic advice, will definitely consider this in future business i do.

  • Any of them able to fix the crisis in Belgian sports? :D

  • Wouldn't have titled it overcoming a crisis as they weren't all crises but, nevertheless, really good helpful spitit-raising advice. It is nice to know these things. Like fellow reviewer womannie I found it really annoying to have to squint to identify who these people were!

  • I like what Jacqueline Golds has to say, great attitude. A bit scary getting a bullet in the post

  • I liked the content here good solid advice but found it difficult to read the ID's

  • Good solid business advice, the sort of stuff I could have used when I started out.

  • This is good stuff. Especially important to recognise the value of the people around you when things get difficult.

  • This kind of business advice is important. entrepreneurs tolerate - even crave - high risk and it's inevitable that sometimes things will go wrong. It's good to see the experts sharing their experiences, to help others who are new to the game - like me - to cope with the emotional side.

  • Good stuff

  • i face challengs everyday in my line of work thats one of the things i enjoy about doing flash and graphics. thankfully not as stressful as some of these examples!!

  • Great to see determination, drive, self-belief and a true sense of realism! Awesome kick up the backside!

  • you need it!

  • Good to hear from people who have been there through good times and bad.

  • All of these people speak with passion and conviction. It's a key element to persistence.

  • That was excellent - great messages from great people who have "been there"!

  • I like templemans idea of sharing the threat, I think most people know this but don't actually do it. The more minds on the problem the quicker and easier it is to solve!

  • It great to hear everyones different ideas

  • Great advice from accomplished business people who have probably had their fair share of crisis' to overcome!

  • Great interview with Tim Smit; he is so up front.

  • He is classic!

  • He has Dutch lineage - they're known for being very blunt!

  • I believe low points are what make people resilient...tough but good lesson to learn.

  • lessons are great but people should always try to stay positive and look at ways to improve the situation

  • Absolutely I agree...finding the glass half full rather than half empty is so much better. You do become more positive though I think when you realise the work that you have put in and all the bumps in the road were worth it in the end.

  • Ask the All Blacks ;-)

  • Low points in life makes us stronger people and I reckon it is good for us to have low points in our lives...not all the time though! lol

  • Working as a team is sure where it's at... I agree!

  • The thumb nail of this vid looks like the guy is in extreme pain... pls help him! I agree with Jacqueline the low points are what drives me harder and further too

  • I liked what Miles Templeman said about working through problems as a team.
