@XxjohnyxX12 This method is a "if all else fails" thing. I dont know any other way except through the store somehow. Either that or you made your PSN during the network outage. Other than this, i cant help you my friend!

@CoolHeal20 This is the only "back-up" options i know. If its not in the store, under the welcome back section, and its not there, then i cannot help you. The only other explanation is that your PSN account was made after April 20th.

PTG, you can do this more than once if you have 1 or more accounts, you can get all 5 for free by gamesharing yourself from another account that was made before the outage.
