Before facebook you'd have a big group of friends and acquaintances, and in that group there was a small group of individuals you'd hang out with regularly. You'd see the rest maybe a couple of times a week or less. They weren't your kind of people so you didn't hang out with them. These days the situation in RL didn't change, but now FB forces you to, in a way, hang out with the whole group of friends. They just piss you off now with all their hourly crap. At least that's how I feel.
