Also Kenny's voice was too deep, but Kyle's was pretty close, and the animation is quite impressive. My suggestion would be to find someone else to write for you but definitely keep animating.

If you asked me a year ago, I'd say budget 10 hours per minute. However, I've been adding all sorts of small details (pupils, eyebrows, arm/hand movement, head movements, torso movements etc) so I might up that to 20 to thirty hours per minute... it depends on how smooth you want to make it.
