according to their claims it is. though RTS on consoles has always been a bit crap (supreme commander?). it's being developed for all formats simultaneously so the content should be identical at launch. just don't expect to see a beta for consoles =D

the gameplay in ruse was nearly perfect in the beta. I can't understand how people would complain that the the infantry is to strong, or how the british paratrooper rush would be a bad thing. If you're to dumb to figure out how the game works, maybe you should be playing wii.

Basically, most people are too stupid to understand the game and cry imbalance. Like the UK para rush, which wouldn't work if you have half a brain. Knowing you are facing the UK faction, you'd build anti-air right away. But people who fall victim to para rush, they don't. Even though they know you're playing UK, thus they know the risk and necessity of anti-air.

That's a personality trait called Stupidity. It becomes obvious in this game since reflex can't save you from lack of intellect.

the beta is too short,

and i recommend this thing:

when you select multiple unit types,

that bottum center screen jumps up,

but some times you want 2 unit types not 1,

then make that in that screen,

right click remove unit,left click select one (as usual),

If Wanting to Activate - Restart steam and make sure the small update was installed. Should be automatic and around 25mb

the biggest spoiler, they didn't fix is unit visibility. somehow everything is revealed immidietly when is built (buildings and units), with no spy or any (our or friendly) unit near by, But, you can not fire on it(!) (except on buildings) beside the fact that we know it is inf or armor, it is light or heavy.

in all other RTS/RTT games is DIFFERENT situation. you can not see enemy unit until you reveal it by your unit and than you can fire on it.

@jbvtr They made it different for a reason? Anyway, most Generals know what's there because of Passive Intercepts of Radio Chatter and things like that. The RUSEs allow you to fool your enemy into believing that bad guys are coming so use that to your advantage not bitch about it k?

@KaizhouWong - it wouldn't change r.u.s.e deception part of the game. fake units could be visible when enters units sight of view. it is very bad to change logical system/way of hiding/revealing units and building, in very artificial manner just for sake of one r.u.s.e card.

in this case, you would still be able to use deception, but units "produced" that way would/should be visible when are spied...

simply, deception card would have advance to spy card. so, when fake units are "built", and spies "reveals" them, it would sand fake message to our spy (card) and of course to us.

so, hide all units and building until they are not revealed by our units or spy cards. and make advance of "deception card" over "spy card".

Sympas les évolutions en jeu que vous avez apporté depuis la Beta, le stacking d'unité pour une meilleur visibilité ainsi que l'amélioration de l'IA pour les passage de pont pour ainsi éviter les embouteillage entre autres. One time in the Public beta, Two guys an american and a UK tried to paraspam me. My Idiot partner didn't deploy any AA neither Fighters nor surface Artillery, not even prototype AA. And was thus owned.

I always deploy one of the above immediatly, and not only did I defeat the Rush, but defeated both players single-handedly. With a mixed group of Tanks, AA and Greyhound scouts no less. (3, 2,and 1 units respectivly) FUCK YEA!
