I found out I'm psychic only recently; I can kinda predict the future through dreams. Kinda. But there are symbols in my dreams that, in a way, predict the future, though that depends if it is a subconscious dream or a conscious one. It's quite scary really, since you got to be wary if these things that your sub mind is telling you will come true, and a lot of the time; they are warnings. A friend that can read dreams thankfully helps me master this ability, but I found this video helpful too.^^

Do the other people you visit live in the same neighbourhood? A contractor building the houses could have made repeated mistakes leading to a widespread problem. Or it could be confirm bias
Can you tell me what it means if you blow out light bulbs all the time from touching the switch? It doesnt matter if its one or 4 all together. Not every time but more than coincidental I will do this. You're electrical wiring may be old. The voltage flow may be too high. Moisture may be condensing on the bulb. There could be bad connections. Thermal stress. Bad switch. etc.

There was one time in my life when I had a major deja vu which predicted a conversation with my mom. I dream about it, I ask them, and I describe the name or what the guy looks like. Guess what? I am 100% accurate. Sometimes a name will be given and I will be right, not always the person is actually hanging out with that person. But the ties with them are crazy, because they ask how I would know that when they never told me about that person.

I always fought that 'de ja vou'(my bad spelling :D) was just something normal that the eyes do :S Since I always feel like i'm living the same day of when I was 6 years old or when the same thing happened to my friend than when it happened to me a while ago, thats how I know whats wrong ;'D!! Its important to remember that there are much more reasonable answers over psychic phenomenon.
Confirmation bias is a tendency to remember instances that agree with a particular preconception and forget or trivialise instances which do not. This leads to the bias conclusion that the belief is true
Do the other people you visit live in the same neighbourhood? A contractor building the houses could have made repeated mistakes leading to a widespread problem. Or it could be confirm bias

Can you tell me what it means if you blow out light bulbs all the time from touching the switch? It doesnt matter if its one or 4 all together. Not every time but more than coincidental I will do this. Also I can mention a song or idea about something and later on it will show up on a t.v show or radio or walk into a store and see it on a t-shirt or a mug. (:

You're electrical wiring may be old. The voltage flow may be too high. Moisture may be condensing on the bulb. There could be bad connections. Thermal stress. Bad switch. etc.
Most likely, you are using a bulb with the wrong wattage.
The last part is most likely something called confirmation bias.

I sometimes have the deja vu but hen I try to question it, that feeling where I feel like I've seen that even before disappears. There was one time in my life when I had a major deja vu which predicted a conversation with my mom. When I talked in the way that I predicted, my mother answered exactly how I knew she was going to answer. My deja vu seems to be fading away sometimes. I have it at least once a month. Recently, I've been trying telekinesis but I'm having trouble.

I had a few things weird happening.
I had 3 ducks last year in AUG. 2 died, oct.5th and 11th. Our female died from a raccoon. I started to have nightmares, about the raccoon. They stopped then. Then I got more dreams of the raccoon. One day I see it, in the day time. Idk if its just me, but I see some black flashes in the corner of my eye, or like a spot. I also feel like someone is with me in my basement. Once, I got scared and said JUST STOP! The feeling stopped for a while. Now its back...

What would this be considered? I dream about things, little or big, and they happen. I dreamed about looking at my teacher and my friend Emily said something. Well the exact same thing happened in real life. Also, I have what I call memory dreams. I dream a lot about one certain person I know and I dream of all the memories I had with them. Well the next day they die or I'll dream about them for maybe 3 nights in a row and after the 3rd night they die. Everytime someone I know dies, I do this.

Again, you did not properly read what I wrote. He is not a mathematician really, though he practices mathematics, it is used in political theory. Yes, I saw that he teaches certain mathematical techniques, all of which is focused on political modeling beyond the introductory level. But why would you think this qualifies him in physics or neuroscience?
Also, social science is not technically a science. There is a reason social science is only accredited by Arts departments.

Also, you have forced me to repeat myself. You stated that Courtney Brown was a scientist with a Ph.D. I simply pointed out that his Ph.D was in politics and that he was not actually a scientist. He is completely not qualified or worthy for the appellation of scientist having no proper credentials or relevant publications.
I read his CV. There is nothing there to suggest that he is a scientist. Knowledge of non-linear algebraic modeling of politics is not equivalent to physics.

I doubt that the public would have tolerated a useless program that drained money pursuing fantasy. Ultimately, I would think that the most likely reason for its cancellation was that the program failed in documenting any psychic phenomena.

He only allows psychics with a published book to take part in his test and I hear he rejects a lot of people from even trying, not to mention he says he gets the final say- so being the judge and skeptic isn't really unbiased. There are a few good ones in unis looking into it though on a voluntary basis and they have nothing to prove or gain...so all unbiased

No, that's not true, anyone can apply and rejections come from those who are blatant charlatans or those who refuse to accept the test conditions required or are unable to satisfy the minimal contest entry requirements. I don't think any have passed the preliminaries.
Universities can be biased by monetary funds (consider oil funded research), however, a severely doubt that there is any reputable university anywhere that invests into psychic research. Name three.

I'm referring to people having a hypothetical concept in their head, that they cannot touch, see or feel and yet claiming it is "reality" just because to them the existence of it logically makes sense.

We are evolved to eat, sleep and not get hurt. People for example talk about atoms but no one has ever seen one or picked one up, Therefore how do we know they exist? I dream about it, I ask them, and I describe the name or what the guy looks like. Guess what? I am 100% accurate. Sometimes a name will be given and I will be right, not always the person is actually hanging out with that person. But the ties with them are crazy, because they ask how I would know that when they never told me about that person.
